At the top of the cliff overlooking the ocean is a hiker in a blue jacket, hence the title of the photo "On Top of the World." This photo was taken at Tunnel Beach just south of Dunedin in New Zealand. In order to get down to Tunnel Beach, it is about a half an hour walk (downhill), but getting back up takes a lot longer since it is a steep climb.
